Mistakes Led To Tube Shooting
ITV.com reports that elite British firearm officers shot Jean Charles De Menezes eight times in the head and upper body, despite the fact that the unarmed Brazilian electrician was behaving "normally" at the time of the incident and turned out to be completely unconnected to the July 22 bombings in London.
Really, ITV.com? You think maybe some "mistakes" were made?
